Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications for HR, recruitment, and manpower management. Collaborate with designers, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements and data contracts. Ensure performance, security, code quality, and documentation. Troubleshoot full-stack issues and support integrations with ATS, HRMS, and payroll platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack application development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter for Android & iOS.
- Backend experience using Node.js, NestJS, FastAPI, Django, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, API integration, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and/or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of secure coding, application security, scalability, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and mobile app publishing is preferred.
- Exposure to cybersecurity, SaaS, device management, digital safety, or consumer technology platforms is an added advantage.
