ISS STOXX is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (Java+ React) to join the dynamic team in our Mumbai office, India.

Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer at ISS STOXX, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our software applications. You will be responsible for working on both the front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration between them. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java, React, GraphQL, SQL/SSIS and Docker along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand software requirements. 

  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions using Java for back-end development. 

  • Design, implement, and maintain front-end components using React, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience. 

  • Develop and maintain GraphQL APIs to facilitate efficient data retrieval and manipulation, ensuring that front-end components receive only the necessary data for optimal performance. 

  • Develop and maintain SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. 

  • Integrate front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless communication and functionality. 

  • Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and address defects and performance issues. 

  • Utilize Docker to create, deploy, and manage containerized applications, ensuring consistency across development, testing, and production environments. 

  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. 

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in full-stack development to contribute innovative ideas and solutions. 

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. 

  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve development processes and methodologies. 

  • Leverage cloud services such as AWS and GCP for application deployment, storage, and scalability. Implement best practices for cloud architecture and resource management to optimize performance and cost-efficiency. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • Looking for someone with total 7+ years of experience in IT industry.

  • Relevant 4-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (Java with React). 

  • Strong proficiency in Java for back-end development. 

  • Hands on experience in cloud services such as AWS and GCP, including experience with deployment, storage solutions, and cloud architecture best practices. 

  • Extensive experience with front-end development using React, including state management libraries like Redux. 

  • Familiarity with GraphQL for building APIs, including experience in designing and implementing GraphQL schemas and queries. 

  • Proficient in SQL database design, optimization, and maintenance. Experience in SSIS/SSRS. 

  • Experience with Docker for creating, deploying, and managing containerized applications, ensuring consistency across environments. 

  • Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices. 

  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
