Position Summary: Front Office Executive responsible for managing guest relations and reception desk operations within our Integrated Facility Management services. The role focuses on creating a professional first impression while ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage visitor registration process and issue access credentials
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements
- Maintain reception area appearance and organization
- Process mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Support basic administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure security protocols are followed for all visitors
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service or reception roles preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
