You will manage front desk operations, provide essential administrative support, coordinate events, and assist with scheduling and record keeping. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Management: Greet and assist visitors, manage phone calls, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming reception area.
- Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance and repairs, handle mail and courier services, and oversee cleanliness and organization.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office expenses, vendor contracts, and other administrative documents.
- Event Management: Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Desired Skillset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in front office management and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
