Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Freelance Sales Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top sales talent for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in hiring and recruitment to identify and engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn and other job boards. This is a freelance position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other job boards.

  • Engage with candidates and assess their suitability for sales roles.

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to final interview stages.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience
  • 0-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales hiring.

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and other recruitment tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Proven track record of successful candidate placements.

Compensation

This is a freelancing role where you will be paid INR 500 every time a candidate reaches the final round of interviews.
