Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent for clinical research. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to meet our hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further rounds with internal teams.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a fluent English and Spanish speaker, also Portugese will be an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and especially clinical research and its specific recruitment needs is a huge plus.
