GreyLabs AI is a leader in Voice AI solutions for financial services, working with 100+ large BFSI clients. We help banks, insurers, NBFCs and fintechs automate customer conversations across sales, collections and service. We are growing rapidly, with 50% growth from August to September 2026 alone, and have raised ₹100 crore from Z47 and Elevation Capital.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on operator to work directly with our CEO on initiatives that unlock GreyLabs AI’s next phase of growth. You will take new products from 0 to 1, pilot pricing models and turn new revenue opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

You will own initiatives from the initial idea through customer discovery, experimentation, launch and evaluation. Expect to spend time at client offices, gather and analyse data, work across teams and personally resolve the problems that stand between an idea and its execution.

What you will own

• New product launches. Identify customer problems, validate demand, define the initial offering and work with Product, Engineering and Delivery to take new solutions from concept to live pilots and launch.

• Pricing experiments. Develop and pilot pricing and packaging models. Assess customer willingness to pay, adoption, revenue and profitability, and recommend what to refine or scale.

• New revenue opportunities. Identify underserved use cases, customer segments and expansion opportunities. Build the business case, test commercial assumptions and work with Sales to convert validated opportunities into revenue.

• Client discovery and pilots. Spend time onsite with clients to understand workflows, collect feedback and data, and drive pilots with clear objectives, timelines and success measures.

• Execution across teams. Translate priorities into action plans, align stakeholders, manage dependencies and remove blockers. Take responsibility for delivery and follow through on commitments.

• Analysis and decisions. Build financial models and track relevant business metrics. Use evidence to recommend whether an initiative should be scaled, revised or stopped.

• Scaling what works. Document learnings, establish repeatable processes and transition successful initiatives to the teams that will own them as they grow.

What we are looking for

• Relevant experience. 4–8 years in startup operations, a founder’s office, product or business roles, or consulting with substantial implementation experience.

• Education. An engineering degree and an MBA from Tier 1 institutions.

• A record of execution. Examples of initiatives you personally drove from an ambiguous problem to launch and measurable results.

• Analytical and commercial judgment. Comfort working with data, financial models, pricing, unit economics and business trade-offs.

• Ownership and collaboration. The ability to work independently, influence stakeholders across teams and stay accountable when priorities change.

• Client-facing communication. Confidence asking the right questions, understanding customer needs and translating findings into clear actions.

• Location and mobility. Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate, with the flexibility to work onsite at client offices as initiatives require.

Good to have

Exposure to enterprise SaaS, AI or BFSI; experience launching products, running pricing experiments or building new revenue streams; and experience in a fast-growing startup.

What success looks like

• Clear decisions. Experiments produce reliable evidence about customer demand, pricing and commercial viability.

• Business impact. Successful initiatives reach launch and demonstrate measurable adoption, revenue or profitability improvements.

• Repeatable execution. Teams have clear ownership, dependencies are resolved promptly and validated initiatives can scale beyond the initial pilot.
