Job DescriptionMust have an Experience of 4-8 Yrs on Flex and Java platform
Strong experience with object oriented design, design patterns, and UML
Solid experience in Flex SDK 4.0, Action Script 3.0, Flash Builder, BlazeDS/LCDS
Good exposure on Adobe Flex frameworks like Cairngorm 3.0,Parsley & Adobe LCDS
Working knowledge of SOA, web services framework (Axis2, CXF)
Strong knowledge of client/server application development, and web technologies (HTML, Javascript)
Working knowledge of Adobe Flex /AJAX/ and Action Script
Good exposure to XML, XPath, XSLT,JSON
Awareness and attitude of following best coding practices and refactoring techniques.
Experience in Unit testing through JUnit, ASUnit & Flex Unit, Performance & Memory Profiling ,defect resolution during development and integration
Must be self motivated and able to work in a close team environment
Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred:
Experience of CVS/SVN
Familiarity with agile development processes (preferably SCRUM)
Knowledge of open source frameworks and tools such as Hudson, Quartz, ANT , MAVEN , Eclipse, Flash Builder.
Knowledge of HTML5, Jquery
