The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-leading security platforms such as Cisco Firewalls, Sophos, Cybird, Quick Heal, Kaspersky, and Norton, with a strong foundation in core networking concepts including routing, VLANs, NAT, ACLs, and VPNs. You will play a key role in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance network infrastructures, supporting both operational deployments and pre-sales initiatives. - Implement and maintain secure network segmentation using VLANs, routing protocols, NAT, and ACLs to enforce least-privilege access.
- Deploy and troubleshoot VPN solutions (IPSec, SSL/TLS) to ensure secure remote access and site-to-site connectivity.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) deployments to validate security product capabilities for client engagements.
- Provide pre-sales support by delivering technical assessments, solution architectures, and recommendations tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor firewall logs and security events for anomalies, and respond to incidents with timely mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure alignment between firewall configurations and overall enterprise security policies.
- Document firewall configurations, change logs, and troubleshooting procedures to maintain audit readiness and operational consistency.
- Stay current with emerging threats, security trends, and product updates to continuously improve firewall effectiveness and resilience.

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in firewall administration and network security within enterprise IT environments.
- Proven expertise in firewall technologies, including policy management, rule optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong working knowledge of networking fundamentals: routing, VLANs, NAT, ACLs, and IP addressing (IPv4/IPv6).
- Experience with enterprise-grade security products such as Cisco Firewalls, Sophos, Cybird, Quick Heal, Kaspersky, Norton, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to perform demo/POC deployments and deliver technical guidance during pre-sales engagements.
- Familiarity with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL/TLS) and secure remote access solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving client demands and project timelines.
