In this team, you will work across day-to-day finance and accounting for the trading business while supporting the Finance Director across a range of business-critical tasks.

Your Future Role Within QRT:

  • Work with outsourced vendor to:
    • Provide timely month- and quarter-end closed books deliverables under Ind AS / IFRS.
    • Prepare and review the balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements, including concise variance commentary
    • Prepare Year End Financial Statements
  • Review and reconcile trades, fees, and positions to broker/exchange statements, and perform balance-sheet reconciliations on a defined cadence to ensure an accurate trading P&L .
  • Support vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment runs.
  • Support tax compliance by assisting in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns on schedule, with complete supporting documentation.
  • Provide audit-ready records, support statutory and tax audits ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Your Present Skillset:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • 8+ years in finance/accounting; experience in trading, brokerage, or capital markets is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS.
  • Hands-on reconciliations and attention to detail.
  • Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
  • Clear communication and ability to work well under tight timelines.
