Job Description:
As a Finance Manager at BlackStone eIT, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the organization's financial health and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will lead a team of finance professionals, develop financial strategies, and provide insights to senior management. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as assessing risk and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in finance management roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
