Prepare and maintain MIS reports, compile and validate data, analyze trends, build Power BI and Excel dashboards, track KPIs, automate reporting, coordinate requirements across departments, and support audits and compliance reporting. The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, database and accounting knowledge, analytical ability, accuracy, communication, and a CA qualification with three years of experience.
Job Description / Responsibilities
•Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
•Collect, compile, and validate data from multiple sources
•Analyze data trends and present insights to management
•Prepare analytical data as per the request of the management
•Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards
•Prepare decision making dashboards in Power BI/ Excel
•Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data
•Automate reports and improve reporting processes where possible
•Coordinate with departments to understand reporting requirements
•Track KPIs and performance metrics
•Support audits and compliance reporting as required
•Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI
•Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
•Basic understanding of databases and data management and accountancy
•Analytical and problem-solving skills
•Attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reports
•Good communication and coordination skills
