In this role, you will support our Finance Manager in financial controlling, reporting, and planning. Your focus will be on ensuring accurate financial monitoring, optimizing reporting processes, and contributing to data-driven decision-making at Kayzen!

You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, marketing, product and more. Responsibilities
Investor & Management Reporting
- Assist in preparing investor reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with requirements.
- Support the development and improvement of data-driven management reports.
- Maintain financial dashboards and KPIs to track company performance.
Financial Controlling & Analysis
- Support financial performance monitoring, variance analysis, and budget tracking.
- Assist in cost control and profitability analysis.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Help prepare financial forecasts and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.
Financial Planning & Treasury Support
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and forecasting.
- Support budgeting and strategic financial modeling processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- You have recently completed your studies and have up to two years of experience in finance, controlling, or financial planning.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Familiarity with financial regulations, investor reporting, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
- Experience in startups or in the Ad-Tech industry is a plus
