Position Summary

  • This position supports the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) and Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) programs.  
  • Primary responsibilities include supporting member communications, websites and digital assets, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.  
  • This role will have a focus on educating federal employees and retirees to grow Aetna’s Federal and Postal plans.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand FEHB/PSHB plans and benefits in order to effectively and simply educate federal employees and retirees on their options
  • Support member communications and marketing efforts 
  • Develop/write website content 
  • Coordinate moving materials through a multi-step compliance review process 
  • Assist with managing several platforms and systems that support virtual lead generation capabilities 
  • Set up webinars using CVENT platform 
  • Organize procurement, print, and mail processes with vendors 
  • Coordinate and staff virtual health fairs  
  • Assist sales team during Open Enrollment with meetings, phone appointments, chats, and webinars

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of health insurance experience
  • At least 2 years of experience with digital content creation and/or direct to consumer marketing
  • Have or willing to obtain state Health Insurance License 
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms (including Salesforce, CVENT, Live Person, and Time Trade) 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to quickly adapt and react to change 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification, or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
