We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to enable better organizational performance by conducting a timely and accurate analysis on all relevant business parameters, focusing on production KPIs and well as non-production data, ensuring improvement plans and actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all core production meetings, business reviews, give leadership to the data gathering, analysis and presenting function.

  • To support the formulation of strategy documentation in various formats for reporting requirements within MAS Holdings.

  • Support Kaizen Mindset Team to form effective KPI teams and systems, identifying lagging and leading KPIs for the organization as well as establishing a Kaizen culture in keeping with LEAN philosophy.

  • Support the Hoshin Kanri process in terms KPI analysis and review and policy deployment.



Knowledge and Skills:

  • Degree in Textile Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the same capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and team working.
