Key Responsibilities:
- Build dashboards using Qliksense/ Tableau
- Maintain existing dashboards and make small enhancements.
- Provide production support and respond to user queries.
- Build good relation with shared services platform owners and understand the platform.
- Proactively suggest improvement and new features to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field with preferred focus on Information Systems with 5-8 years of experience.
- Minimum 3+ Experience in a designing, delivering and managing large scale operational reporting platform using products like Qliksense/Qlikview and Tableau.
Essential Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Experience in Qlik & Tableau analytics features (i.e. Visualizations, Extensions, themes, data level access, Usage tracking, dimensional hierarchies, Aggregations, Variables etc.)
- Integrating reporting tools into internal portals/websites.
- Experience with shared environment management on Qliksense or Tableau.
- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems.
- Knowledge in installing, configuring and upgrading Qliksense/Tableau environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever-evolving business needs.
- Excellent Team Management and problem solving skills.
- Production support and Data Operations management experience.
- Demonstrated independent problem solving skills and ability to develop solutions to complex analytical/data-driven problems.
- Must be able to communicate complex issues in a crisp and concise fashion to multiple levels of management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with colleagues at various levels of the organization and across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge on Windows and Linux servers.
- Financial Services and Commercial banking experience is a plus.
