What will you do?

• Review and inspect all campaigns and content, promotional materials, and on-screen graphics for accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Create, refine, and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance plan to drive quality into the centre of the operations department
• Develop testing protocols to minimize errors on campaigns across all platforms and ensure the highest standards for all communications
• Deliver accountability to all pillars of our advertising operations team, including multiple ad server setups and order management platform entries
• Cross verify & ensure accuracy for each ad setup done for direct clients, internal marketing promotions, indirect campaigns across ad servers and deal entry accuracy on order management platforms before the campaign goes live on the platform
• Collaborate closely with your teammates to implement best practices throughout the quality check and feedback process
• Clearly communicate QA status, specifications and issues to the ad operations and sales operations team and internal stakeholders
• Test & check all the assets including creatives, landing pages, attribution urls, trackers, CTA components, etc
• Keep meticulous documentation and maintain a log of all test results
• Produce, calculate, and share quality check score for the individuals and the teams on weekly, monthly or on event-by-event basis

Who should apply?

• 2-6 years of experience within digital operations & QC on an OTT platform
• Experience with digital ad serving platforms and ad trafficking
• Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders
• Penchant to work in a fast-growing digital business
• Education Qualification: Graduate in any stream
