Job Summary
We’re seeking a Creative Solutions professional with a strong creative instinct someone who can translate ideas into compelling executions, to lead the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned Fiction (GEC) properties and bespoke fiction integrations.
About the team
Jio Creative Works is the brand solutions arm of Entertainment Sales, crafting compelling, culturally resonant branded content and integrated entertainment experiences that drive both engagement and impact across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with programming & PRS teams to provide content, culture and tech driven creative solutions that clearly solves brands challenges.
- Driving the delivery of creative solutions for assigned briefs within agreed timelines
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders for the execution of converted business ensuring all deliverables align with brands expectations, creative intent and timelines
- Contributing to the creative solutions huddles, workshops and pro-active projects as and when assigned.
Skills & Attributes for success
- Worked in OTT, media, F&B, or lifestyle brands
- Used AI tools to speed up design workflows (and taught someone else how to do it)
- Worked on show branding, event collaterals, or platform integrations
Preferred Education & Experience
- At least 7.5 years of experience in media, entertainment or media / content agency
- Tech-savvy and actively skilled in using AI and generative tools
- Sharp creative and content collaboration ability to provide brand solutions
- Good project management and coordination skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and work calmly under tight deadlines and dynamic shoot environments
- Desirable, fluency in language and cultural understanding of at least on region of south
