Job Summary:
Star Bharat is looking for a Producer with a strong understanding of Generative AI tools and their application in content workflows. The role requires someone who can leverage AI to enhance editing, improve efficiency in storytelling processes, and support evolving content formats across television and digital platforms.
About the team:
The Producer will work closely with the Programming team at Star Bharat and support the execution of assigned shows across television and digital platforms. The role involves managing production workflows, supervising edits, and coordinating with production houses and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of content.
The producer will also support show-related content for Star Bharat’s social media platforms, including teasers, short edits, and promotional elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use Generative AI tools to enhance storytelling, editing workflows, and production efficiency.
- Manage execution and delivery of assigned shows and content projects.
- Coordinate with production houses, post-production teams, and internal departments.
- Supervise editing workflows and ensure timely episode delivery.
- Create and manage teasers, montages, segments, and promotional edits.
- Work closely with programming, marketing, scheduling, and digital teams.
- Stay updated with AI technologies and emerging content trends.
Skills & Attributes for success:
- Good understanding of editing and post-production workflows.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- 6–8 years of production experience in television or digital content.
- Strong familiarity with Generative AI tools used in media production.
