About the role:

Gartner’s Executive Partners act as coaches, content-providers and business advisors to Executive Programs members, and partner with colleagues across the organization to deliver service solutions utilizing Gartner products and services.
What you will do:
Manage a portfolio of 28+ members acting as their main advisor for any technology related matters and as a coach to their professional development.
Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for ExP members utilizing all of Gartner’s assets available to members
Provide a safe sounding board for clients to discuss their ideas
Contextualise Gartner insights to advance the client objectives
Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Enterprise Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan in order to achieve the outcomes.
Conduct virtual briefings, including workshops, co-ordinate analyst calls, roundtables and webinars
Present or facilitate workshops for clients or at Gartner events
Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization and collaborate with them to ensure member engagement and renewal & growth of ExP business
Conduct Proof of concepts around Gartner membership to prospects , showcasing the delivery style and quality they would experience once they become clients.
What you will need:
Consulting and/or CxO roles with 15+ years of progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Block Chain, Big Data, CLOUD, etc.)
Industry background can be varied and we welcome applications from individuals from Public Sector, consumer centric industries, manufacturing, life sciences, high tech etc.
Demonstrate exposure to large E2E transformative initiatives having led/co-led large critical programs
Extensive knowledge of a CIO’s focus areas and an in-depth understanding of the IT industry (including Leadership, IT Operations Management, strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.) and priorities such as the challenges of “today’s” CIO’s and how Gartner ETS can make the difference
Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives
