Manage influencer and meme marketing closures by negotiating deals, maintaining a database of creators, and ensuring smooth campaign execution.
We are looking for a commercially driven Executive to manage influencer and meme marketing closures. The role focuses on negotiating and finalizing deals with agencies, meme pages, and talent managers, while building a strong database of creators and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect, and close deals with influencer agencies, meme pages, and talent managers
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
- Build and maintain a structured database of influencers, meme pages, and agencies (Excel)
- Coordinate with agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution post-closure
- Stay updated on trending meme pages, creators, and industry landscape
- Collect campaign reports and data from agencies.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Strong awareness of meme pages, influencer ecosystem, and talent agencies
- Understanding of influencer commercials, pricing benchmarks, and deal structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management) and PowerPoint (presentations)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and manage a creator/agency database
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and metrics.
- Commercially focused with strong deal-closing ability
- Well-informed about internet culture, meme trends, and creators
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and closures simultaneously
