Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Media billing, revenue accounting, and financial reconciliation within advertising, digital media, or broadcast sectors.

• Expertise in media billing processes: invoice creation, validation, rate checks, campaign reconciliation, and credit note management.

• Proficient in month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and reconciliations.

• Working knowledge of media billing systems (e.g., Bigsun) and revenue reconciliation across platforms such as Bigsun and D365.

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting); familiarity with BI tools is an advantage.

• Proven ability to collaborate with sales, media operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue and billing.

• Strong track record of meeting deadlines and managing high-volume billing cycles with precision.

• Experience in audit support and compliance with internal controls.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and workflow optimization.

• Excellent communication skills for handling client queries and internal escalations
