About the Role

Seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to act as my second brain—managing my calendar, inbox, LinkedIn communication, and social presence so I can operate at 3× productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar Ownership: Prioritize and manage daily/weekly schedules using the 80/20 principle. Coordinate all meetings, interviews, and blocks.

Inbox & LinkedIn Management: Handle, draft, and send responses; maintain SLAs; ensure no dropped threads.

Social Media Posting: Draft and publish posts on my behalf (primarily LinkedIn) in my voice; maintain a simple content rhythm.

Coordination & Ops: Prep meetings, follow up on tasks, manage candidate interactions, and keep systems organized.

Productivity Partner: Capture ideas, track priorities, run weekly reviews, and proactively remove bottlenecks.

Requirements

2–5+ years in EA / Ops / Chief-of-Staff–style roles.

Excellent written communication + ability to ghostwrite.

Strong prioritization, calendar discipline, and attention to detail.

Experience handling LinkedIn + executive inboxes.

Trustworthy, fast, organized, and proactive.
