The Role:
Executive Assistant to Founders
Upstox is looking for Executive Assistant to provide end-to-end support to our Founders and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities efficiently, and brings a solution-oriented mindset to every task.
What You'll Own:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership — calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and reviews
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership
Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and visits — including catering, travel, and accommodation
Assist with travel bookings, local arrangements, and itinerary planning for visiting leaders or guests
Partner with admin/facilities to ensure office experience is smooth and efficient
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and invoice processing when needed
Support internal communication and engagement activities
Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Discretion, reliability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Comfortable using Google Suite / MS Office and travel or scheduling tools
