Responsibilities:
AlphaGrep Securities is seeking a Execution Developer who will be based in India and help them design in–house trading applications which are robust and extremely fast.
- Design and development of various execution algorithms
- Projects can vary from writing new execution logic from scratch, to adding features or optimizing and improving execution slippage of existing systems
- Apart from leading the development of C++ execution algorithms, responsibility includes writing & maintaining test cases
- Lead/groom junior developers working on the same project
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related subject
- At least 5+ years of experience developing execution algorithms or trading systems
- Expert level knowledge of C++ 17
- Clear understanding of market data and order entry concepts. Familiarity with any specific exchange protocols is not required but may be a plus
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team of developers
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
