This role is about:
As the Events Manager, you will be responsible for executing and managing all aspects of tradeshows, conferences, and corporate events. From logistics and merchandise to event coordination and agenda planning, you’ll be ensuring the company’s seamless event operations. Always working closely with the marketing team, your day-to-day would require for an effective alignment of our set event strategies with PR, design, and digital initiatives.

Reporting to: Events & Sponsorships Lead
What you will do:
- Plan, execute, and manage tradeshows, conferences and private events end-to-end.
- Oversee all event operations, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Manage event merchandise and all event marketing materials.
- Coordinate event attendees, guest lists, and agenda planning.
- Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and execution.
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to ensure branding, PR, design, and digital assets align with event goals.
- Manage sponsorship fulfilment by ensuring all marketing sponsorship deliverables are executed effectively for key associations both locally and abroad.
- Deliver event sponsorship packages by coordinating visual assets, benefits, and contractual obligations.
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and venues whenever necessary.
- Track event and sponsorship performance, manage budgets, and provide post-activity reports.
What we’re looking for:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management or Business Management.
- Experience Prior experience in marketing in the fintech or tech industry within an events department. Previous experience within the payments industry will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge: Understanding of how events drive brand awareness and business growth is an asset.
What we need:
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Jira is preferred for tracking and managing projects and tasks.
- Strong Organization & Communication: Ability to manage multiple projects and
- Meeting deadlines while working with many stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel for events outside working hours when necessary.
- Problem-Solving Attitude: Events are alive and ever-changing, so the ideal candidate will need to have a problem-solving attitude where issues are resolved within a 48-hour period once occurred.
