Job Description:
- A strong focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines, and the ability to work independently.
- Design, develop and execute comprehensive ETL test cases and SQL queries on large data sets
based on business and technical requirement documents, prepare traceability matrix
- Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze test results to identify, document, track and report defects, where applicable collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution for them.
- Strong SQL skill for data validation, transformation, and troubleshooting is must
- Well versed with data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with test management and documentation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS)
- Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools (like Looker, Power BI)
- Familiarity with change management framework: Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with HSBC’s change management framework for testing.
