Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
7+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
Advanced SQL proficiency with experience writing complex queries for data validation and testing.
Strong experience testing custom applications, data pipelines, and business logic.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Solid understanding of test planning, test case design, defect management, and QA methodologies.
Domain Experience:
Experience working with Healthcare Data, including healthcare datasets, reporting, or analytics platforms.
Understanding of healthcare business processes, data structures, and quality considerations.
Ability to create meaningful test scenarios that validate complex healthcare-related workflows and business logic.
Leadership Skills
Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing QA team members.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic QA initiatives with hands-on execution.
Demonstrated capability to manage priorities and handle urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience validating data in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake (Snowflake-specific expertise is not required).

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to lead a small team of QA engineers and drive quality assurance initiatives across data-intensive healthcare applications. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of 2 junior-to-mid-level QA engineers.
Drive QA planning, execution, and delivery within Agile/Scrum sprints.
Prioritize testing activities and manage day-to-day QA operations.
Respond effectively to urgent business requests and shifting priorities.
Foster collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Business teams.
Establish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases.
Validate complex business logic and data transformations.
Identify quality risks proactively and recommend mitigation strategies.
Review test coverage and ensure high standards of accuracy and completeness.
Support both functional and data validation testing efforts.
Data & Technical Validation
Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data flows, transformations, and business rules.
Perform end-to-end testing of custom-built solutions and integrations.
Analyze healthcare datasets to ensure data quality and business rule compliance.
Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate expected outcomes.
AI and Testing Perspective
