Matrix IFS is seeking an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in SSIS and a solid understanding of data integration best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, optimizing, and maintaining ETL pipelines, with additional exposure to Talend considered a plus. Experience with Actimize UDM and AML frameworks is highly advantageous.
ETL Developer (SSIS – Mandatory / Talend – Nice to Have)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS (mandatory).
- Support and enhance existing ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
- Optimize and troubleshoot ETL jobs, addressing data quality and performance issues.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and compliance teams as needed.
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Solid SQL skills, including query optimization and debugging.
- Experience in ETL design, data mapping, and data transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Talend ETL tools (nice to have).
- Experience with Actimize UDM, including data models, mapping, and integration.
- Background in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes, compliance systems, or financial crime technology.
- Exposure to financial services, banking, or regulatory environments.
