Designation: Apprentice

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices. Analyze data and prepare reports on findings.
  • Project Support: Assist in the development and implementation of ESG projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Reporting: Help in the preparation of ESG reports, including data collection, verification, and presentation. Support the preparation of sustainability disclosures and reports.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in communications with internal and external stakeholders regarding ESG initiatives and performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain and organize ESG documentation and records. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of ESG-related events, workshops, and training sessions.

Key Requirements

  • B.E/B.Tech/MBA/Postgraduate with prior internship experience in ESG and sustainability related roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, BRSR, TCFD) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to lead projects across multiple functional areas are essential.
  • Demonstrates the personas including product advocacy and ownership.
  • Analytical capabilities and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Highly customer-focused and result-oriented.
  • Knowledge of tools like Tableau and Power BI is preferable.
