Designation - Analyst II

Location - Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Involved in ESG, sustainability, climate change consulting, corporate sustainability, or impact investing.
  • Use analytics, research, and stakeholder engagement skills for sustainability data analysis and ESG reporting frameworks.
  • Work on global sustainability standards: GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, UN SDGs, PRI, ISSB.
  • Understand carbon markets (India & global) and carry out ESG risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drafting ESG and sustainability reports (BRSR, GRI, SASB, CSRD) and responding to assessments (CDP, CSA, DJSI, Ecovadis).
  • Work on ESG assessments as per IFC PS, ADB ESS, CSDDD, and conducting GHG Accounting (Scope 1, 2, and 3), DMA, LCA, PCF, and EPD.
  • Will be working on carbon accounting methodologies (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064) and net-zero strategies.
  • Will be handling multilateral and bilateral agency projects (UNDP, IFC, World Bank, etc.).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Change, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred postgraduate degrees include MBA, MS in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics, or any sustainability/climate change-related course.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ESG analytics tools (SBTi, CRREM, etc.).
  • Professional certifications such as SASB FSA, CFA ESG Investing, GRI Certification, GHG Accounting, GARP SCR, PRI Academy ESG Certification, or Certified Climate Change Professional are an advantage.
