Role – ERP Data Migration Lead

But now we want to be even better! We’re looking for an experienced and passionate ERP Data Migration Lead for our Global IT Delivery Centre in India. We are already providing IT services and support to Alfa Laval companies around the world, and we are now expanding our operations to meet future demands.

Alfa Laval has invested in a ‘Global IT Delivery Centre’ in Pune with the vision to expand and deliver IT services as an extension to our global teams located in Sweden, Denmark and the USA. We focus on cost-effective solutions and improved performance to create a unique Alfa Laval experience!

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a new member of our OneERP team to play a crucial role in managing activities and team members with the mission to perform data migrations in our global Microsoft D365 program. In this role, you will be in close contact with our projects and highly involved in the migration activities.

You will manage environments and plan the steps and resources needed for successful project cutovers.

Who are You

A person with keen interest in ERP and data management. Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in our plans and priorities. Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems within our roll-out projects. Contributing to the team’s knowledgebase and helping colleagues. Keeping detailed records of configurations, changes, and incidents. Documenting our solutions and activities for re-use and growing capabilities.

Requirements and Responsibilities

What we need:

  • Experience of Manufacturing, Supply chain or Sales processes
  • ERP or adequate system knowledge
  • Database/SQL understanding
  • Data migration tool experience
  • Team-lead or coordination abilities
  • An excellent communicator, capable of cooperation inside and outside of the team.

Good to have:

  • Microsoft D365 data model knowledge
  • Microsoft Azure concepts
  • Microsoft DevOps experience

  • Microsoft D365 data migration - learning and sharing knowledge on concepts and processes.
  • Soft skills should be a part of your personality and having learning mindset.
  • Communication, collaboration, and curiosity is a must.

Work Location: Pune

Working time: CET Shift – 11:30 AM to 08:30 PM

Working Days: 5 days a week (3days WFO, 2 days WFH)
