WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Be part of a real global and multinational team with ERP analysts located in North America, Europe, India and China.
  • Be part of the Digital ERP team, and the primary liaison with Internal and External Auditors.
  • Ensure all Compliance Control tasks are routinely completed across all nVent ERP Systems to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Section 404 Compliance.
  • Establish/Ensure necessary Compliance Control activities for new ERP Systems from company acquisitions.
  • Coordinate necessary ERP User Access / SOD Reviews across all ERP Systems and Business Segments.
  • Provide/Maintain audit documentation as needed.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or business.
  • 4+ years relevant professional experience with audit or system administration.
  • Experience deploying or auditing IT Compliance Controls for SOX Compliance.
  • Familiarity with ERP data structures and data extraction.
  • Familiarity with ERP Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) and security monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Segregation of Duty (SOD) principles.
