Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales / Key Account Manager to join our Data Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales strategy and acquiring new customers to position our data center capabilities as a trusted partner for mission-critical infrastructure. You will join a high-performing team dedicated to expanding our footprint within strategic global accounts and digital-native companies.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Drive Strategic Sales Growth: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle to identify and acquire new enterprise customers, delivering tailored data center and colocation solutions that meet complex IT infrastructure requirements.
- Expand Key Account Partnerships: Collaborate with internal solutions engineering, product, and delivery teams to develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and Chief Information Officers, ensuring Iron Mountain remains a strategic partner.
- Manage Performance and Compliance: Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management through Customer Relationship Management tools to consistently exceed annual revenue targets and adhere to organizational standards.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive Industry Experience: 8–12 years of proven enterprise sales experience specifically within Data Center, Colocation, or Cloud Infrastructure environments.
- Solution Expertise: Strong knowledge of consultative selling for complex IT infrastructure, managed services, and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability in high-level stakeholder management, complex negotiations, and strategic account planning.
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
