Job DescriptionPosition Overview
We are seeking an entry level Integration Functional Consultant with 1-2 years of experience and a background in MBA-HR. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring seamless integration of enterprise systems, applications, and processes to deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the functional consultant for system integration projects across HR systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, document processes, and identify integration needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Work closely with developers, and consultants to ensure successful design, configuration, and deployment of integrations.
- Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end validation of integrations.
- Provide expertise on data mapping, transformation, and workflow alignment between systems.
- Support change management by communicating functional benefits of integration solutions to business leaders.
- Prepare business cases, ROI analysis, and presentations for leadership using MBA-driven analytical and strategic frameworks.
- MBA in Human Resource/Information Systems & 1-2 years of working experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- SuccessFactors Integration Center, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ERP, HR, Finance, or CRM systems and their integration patterns.
- Good understanding of business processes and ability to align them with technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
