Job Role
We're looking for a CPQ Specialist to join our team of Salesforce Admins, Developers and Analysts. We're looking for someone possessing a highly collaborative work style operating efficiently in a dynamic small-team
environment. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and have a history of helping to deliver CPQ (Configure Price Quote) solutions as a technical resource. Ideally you will have some experience with Revenue Cloud as we will be migrating to that solution in the near-term future. This position can be remote or work from our Bengaluru office and will need to work hours that significantly overlap with our East Coast US based company hours.
Work you'll do
Work within our Enterprise Applications Team to support the business and be responsible for helping configure CPQ to the designed specification, provide initial testing to ensure compliance, and assist both building out test scripts and User Acceptance Testing. You will also help support the Admins and Analysts with daily tasks, documentation, and tech debt remediation and other projects as presented by the business. You may also be asked to assist with other related applications such as DocuSign, Own Backup, Ring Lead and others.
Required Qualifications• Salesforce CPQ, Admin & Platform I Developer Certified• Experience with: Advanced Approvals, Price Rules, Advanced Order Management• Functional knowledge of 3rd Party Applications: Document generation and eSignature, such as DocuSign• Experience in onsite technical roles on full-lifecycle Lead-to-Cash projects, with strong application, integration, and data migration technical solution and implementation expertise Salesforce CPQ• Integration expertise to ERP's such as NetSuite, SAP, Sage or others• Strong English oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.• Experience working on projects that included an integration to NetSuite.• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant Certified• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments• 5+ years of functional, hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience• Deep CPQ experience for a SaaS, technology subscription businesses, to include renewals of contracts, add-ons or amendments to contracts, and co-termination of contracts.
