Responsibilities
Utility System Operation
Operate and monitor HVAC systems, chillers, air compressors, water treatment systems, Diesel generators & Fire pump room.
Ensure systems run within validated parameters and meet production demands.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on utility equipment.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
Support acceptance testing and commissioning of new equipment.
Maintain accurate logs of operations, maintenance, and repairs.
Track usage of utility spares and consumables.
Support cross-functional activities during shutdowns or audits.
Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
Experience: 4–5 years in utility operations,
Skills:
Knowledge of HVAC, steam, water, and electrical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair utility equipment.
Strong documentation and compliance mindset.
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
