Are you interested in creating Revit Content for BIM 3D models? Building Information Models (BIM) are an intelligent type of 3D model that is used to digitally represent real world objects.
What You Will Do
You will need to create and test 3D content Libraries for MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) with your innovative thinking and creative ideas with precision that exceeds industry standards. This will include an analysis of component information such as type, functionality, service type, mechanical / material properties, installation with connections etc to create content Libraries.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Mechanical Engineer (Degree / Diploma) having good experience in AutoCAD 3D and/or Revit MEP Design. Piping engineer course is an added advantage.
1. Good Knowledge of AutoCAD - 2D & 3D.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
3. Should have Hands On 2 years experience in Revit Family Content Creation
4. Preparation of 3D Drawings, MEP Drawings & Revit MEP Families.
5. Good Knowledge of Piping, HVAC & Plumbing.
6. Familiarity Microsoft Office software
7. Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills
8. Ability to work in fast-paced environment
9. Ability to work independently
10. Should be able to solve problems with independent/creative thinking, Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
