Job Title: Project Manager, Data & AI Executive Communications

About the Role:
We are seeking a high-impact strategic communicator to serve as a partner to the Director on strategic projects. Your primary mission is to take full ownership of translating complex data initiatives into simple, compelling, and visual narratives (PowerPoint decks) for our senior, non-technical executive leadership. This is a storytelling and strategy role, not a technical data role. Your success will be measured by your ability to make data accessible and impactful for our C-suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Executive Communications: Design, write, and build all executive-level presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for the Senior Leaders, including materials for Board meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and steering committees.
Translate the Complex: Act as the bridge between our technical data and AI teams, project managers and senior leadership. You will digest complex analytics, roadmaps, and program updates and distill them into clear, "so-what" business narratives.
Manage the Process: Proactively manage the end-to-end communication lifecycle—from gathering inputs from data and ML engineers to managing review cycles and meeting all executive deadlines.
International Engagement: Travel to Hong Kong and Singapore to meet with senior executives, present strategic initiatives, and gather feedback, ensuring alignment across regional leadership.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience: 10+ years in executive communications, program management, strategic project support, or a similar high-impact role.
Techno-functional Understanding: Solid grasp of data concepts, AI initiatives, and their business implications to effectively translate complex information.
Executive Presentation Expertise: Expert-level PowerPoint / Google Slides skills with a strong, clean visual design sense.
C-level Communication: Proven experience creating communications directly for a C-level audience, understanding "bottom line up front" messaging.
Complex Concept Translation: Demonstrated ability to translate highly technical concepts (e.g., data, engineering, finance) into simple, persuasive stories.
Ownership & Autonomy: Extreme ownership and the ability to work autonomously to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel internationally to Hong Kong and Singapore as required.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Consulting Background: Experience in management consulting.
Proposal building: Experience in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or building proposals from ground up
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
Strategic Planning: Experience contributing to strategic planning and roadmap development.
