Brief about the Team & Fractal: 

Fractal Analytics is a strategic analytics partner to the most admired Fortune 500 companies globally and helps them power every human decision in the enterprise by bringing analytics & AI to the decision-making process. We deliver insight, innovation, and impact to them by leveraging Big Data, analytics and technology and help them drive smarter, faster, and more accurate decisions in every aspect of their business. 

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients in the CPG/FMCG domain on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics programs.

• Extensive hands-on experience in pricing strategy, promotion analysis, and trade promotions. Optimizing pricing strategies and enhancing the effectiveness of promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth and improve market share.

• Lead engagements across Americas, Europe, Asia, and ANZ markets, ensuring tailored solutions to regional dynamics. Prepare and present analytical reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in pricing and promotion processes and tools. Utilize deep industry knowledge to advise clients on RGM strategies and tactics.

• Develop and implement pricing models and tools to forecast the impact of pricing changes on sales and profitability.

• Lead & Consult clients on post-promotion evaluations to measure ROI and effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for Trade promotions.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in pricing and promotion analysis in CPG/FMCG sector. Minimum of 10 years of experience overall in Analytics, Consulting, IT, or CPG companies

Domain Knowledge: Expertise in Pricing, Promotion, Assortment, and Trade Terms Management within the CPG/FMCG sector.

Data Expertise: Proficiency in Syndicated Sales data, Finance data, Trade Promotion data, and POS data.

Analytics: Ability to frame analytics solutions, apply regression and machine learning models, and derive actionable insights from data.

Consulting Experience: Proven track record of consulting or working in IT/CPG companies on RGM initiatives. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Client Engagement: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale programs and manage client relationships effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and compelling manner

Global Experience: Experience working across diverse markets like Americas, Europe, Asia, and ANZ.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience collaborating with Data Engineering, Web Application, UI/UX Design, or Product Management teams.

• Familiarity with executive-level programs and strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• Proven leadership in delivering large-scale RGM programs for leading global CPG firms.
