Site Engagement Lead
OBJECTIVE:
The Site Employee Engagement Lead will develop and manage employee programs, events, and strategies that align with the organization’s core values, focusing on enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement. This role is dedicated to improving employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity by fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Aim:
To ensure that everyone is aligned with TaskUs engagement process.
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to outline and explain TaskUs' Engagement process and guidelines. It aims to help you identify opportunities for engagement and ensure the inclusive and adequate representation of TaskUs' values and culture.

Employee Engagement Strategy:

Develop and implement site-specific employee engagement initiatives aligned with the overall company strategy.

Create weekly/monthly site-level engagement calendar

Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Planning & execution of site-level activities

Mindful planning & managing engagement budget to execute the activities

Calibrate with the engagement committee about the concepts of events, and secure approvals from the site VP.

Interact and collaborate effectively and positively with individuals of all levels of the organization.

Analyze data to inform engagement strategies and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
Communication and Culture:

Promote open and transparent communication within the site.

Organize and facilitate events, workshops, and activities that foster a positive work culture and community.

Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting company values and ensuring they are integrated into daily operations.

Managing Site specific Social Media posts (if required)
Recognition and Reward Programs:

Develop and manage employee recognition and reward programs (Kudos Carnival) to acknowledge and celebrate achievements.
