The End User Support role at Zeeco involves providing technical assistance and promoting products to clients, building relationships, negotiating with decision makers, and supporting the commissioning of combustion equipment. Job Duties
- Contact existing and new clients to offer technical assistance (forging relationships and building trust).
- Contact existing and new clients to promote Zeeco products and services.
- Identify key personnel, establish, and maintain working relationships.
- Identify, negotiate with, and influence decision makers.
- Assist with commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of combustion equipment.
- Understand end-user’s needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Work to generate inquiries.
- Follow up and provide feedback on any open quotes.
- Assist in closing orders.
- Identify end-user facility maintenance turnaround dates and offer Zeeco products and services to support the turnaround.
- Assist with establishing various working agreements with strategic end-users.
- Increase the productivity of Zeeco’s manufacturer’s reps through technical and sales support and education.
- Provide feedback to Zeeco’s product groups for continuous improvement.
- Other job as assigned.
Qualifications
- Preferred candidates must work well with others at all levels within an organization, be confident in their technical capabilities, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, work efficiently in our fast-paced environment, and be able to identify/influence decision makers through effective and persuasive negotiation. Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred and/or significant work experience around combustion equipment required.
- Preferable experience between ten (10) to fifteen (15) years.
- Knowledge of combustion equipment is preferred.
- Experience in chemical processing and/or hydrocarbon processing industry.
- Independent / proactive work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service/sales experience.
