- Manage the MEP design team & QA of MEP design.
- Interaction with client for any technical meeting provides technical solutions to progress the site activities.
- Specialized in Troubleshooting during coordination and resolving the clashes during virtual model review and suggesting alternative design options aligned with energy saving and value engineering.
- Having Basic knowledge of Modelling, Drafting, detailing and coordination's using latest BIM software's like Revit-MEP, Navisworks, BIM360, AutoCAD and also good knowledge and coordination capability of multi trades like HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting. Following the National and International Codes & Standards as ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, NBC, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, IS, IEC etc.
- Ensure schedule and cost considerations are included in design decisions, while maintaining primary responsibility to assure safe and appropriate quality designs.
- Expertise in ETAP, Amtech, Dialux, Dialux Evo.
- Preparation of Equipment Schedules and Bill of Quantities.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of the use of BS7671, BS 50122, BS5266 and BS5839
- Liaison with clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Responsible for completion of projects within his/her team to time and cost.
- Assist the Team leader in presenting design solutions in meeting with clients and contractors.
- Check own electrical designs deliverables and also able to check design prepared within own team and other groups within area of expertise.
- Undertake and mange liaison with System engineers, third parties and specialist system suppliers and incorporate their requirements in the detail design.
- Authors technical reports of acceptable technical and presentational quality Able to present their work and represent their colleagues on the project in presentations and meetings.
- Good report writing skills, experience of making presentations to and attending meetings with clients is essential.
Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering with Minimum 8-10 Years’ Experience in the field of Detail Design Consultant (DDC), EPC, verification, and validations of site works etc. for Metro, Railways, Data Canter, Tunnel, Underground Structures Airport and Railways, Residential, Commercial, Industrial Building.
