Job Overview
As a Mid-Level .NET Developer, you will be a key member of our agile development team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications using the .NET framework, Angular, and Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs and drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using .NET (.NET Core / .NET 5+) and Angular.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Utilize Microsoft Azure services for application development, deployment, and monitoring (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage).
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices (e.g., SOLID principles, TDD/BDD).
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers in an agile environment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience
3-5 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in .NET: C#, .NET Core (or .NET 5/6/7/8), ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
Solid experience with Angular: Proficient in Angular (version 8 or higher), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
Experience with Azure: Hands-on experience with core Azure services such as:
Azure App Service
Azure Functions
Azure SQL Database or Cosmos DB
Azure Storage (Blob/Queue)
Azure Active Directory (AAD) for authentication.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Proficient with SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server).
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Good to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with the latest .NET versions (e.g., .NET 8) and latest Angular versions (e.g., Angular 16+).
Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Repos, Boards).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with other Azure services like Azure Service Bus, API Management, or Application Insights.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
