POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive is responsible for performing Vendor payments (including Intercompany entities), Employee related claims disbursements and processing activities, which services a number of advertising agencies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Process cash disbursements complying with vendors’ payment terms.
- Route requests to Agencies for vendor payments approval (including rush payments)
- Process third party Vendor, Intercompany, rush payments and Employee related Travel & Expense (T&E) payments, Statutory Payments & Foreign Payments
- File and archive original documents.
- Identify ideas for process improvement utilizing industry leading practices.
- Identify and help address customer needs and issues by answering questions.
- Participate in giving and receiving feedback.
- Perform payment reconciliations with vendors.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Facilitate Agency Local Finance with period-end closing activities.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Education Qualification – Graduation
- 3 – 5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Experience in Advertising industry preferred
- Ability to provide high level of customer service for the Disbursements process.
- Strong written and oral communications skills in English
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to disbursements.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure.
- Ability to complete allocated tasks on time accurately.
- Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in SAP and Tally systems
