Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
We are looking for a visionary Director of Social Media to lead and evolve our global Social function. This role is responsible for driving excellence across Social Media execution, process governance, reporting, Data dashboarding, owning operational strategy, and leading client conversations that translate marketing goals into scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
You will guide a cross-functional team, champion automation, and future-ready processes, and ensure our Social Media offering is agile, integrated, and performance-driven.
Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Lead end-to-end ad operations across Social Media platforms, ensuring flawless campaign setup, tracking, and reporting. Understanding other channels.
- Act as a strategic partner in client conversations, translating goals into executional frameworks and operational plans.
- Integrate and standardize workflows across channels, primary social media to deliver a unified, cross-channel media delivery experience.
- Drive adoption of automation, AI/ML tools, and advanced measurement to improve efficiency and scale.
- Stay ahead of evolving Social Media trends and real-time analytics and shape the roadmap for next-gen operations.
- Collaborate closely with media strategy, analytics, and tech teams to align Social Media with broader business objectives.
- Develop, mentor, and grow a high-performing operations team across markets.
- Own vendor relationships, tech stack evaluations, and ensure compliance with privacy and platform policies.
What You Bring:
- 12+ years of experience in digital media/social media with expertise in execution, consultancy in same
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex clients, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Strong understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and tagging/tracking solutions.
- Preferably understanding of search, programmatic, and influencer platforms
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset with a pulse on where the industry is heading.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity in client-facing scenarios.
