As a Director of Product Management, you'll lead a talented team of 4 product managers to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive operational efficiency, improve urban planning, and create measurable value for businesses and communities alike.

• Collaborate for Success: Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
• Deliver Results: Take ownership of revenue and profitability goals, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to optimize performance.
• Champion the Customer: Advocate for public and private sector user needs, ensuring products deliver exceptional value and inspire loyalty.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to keep the product portfolio cutting-edge.

Who are you?
We're looking for a visionary leader with the expertise to drive innovation in GIS, location intelligence, and public sector solutions. If you thrive in dynamic environments and want to make a meaningful impact, this role is for you.

• Proven Leader: 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Innovate Fearlessly: Drive the creation and launch of groundbreaking products that solve real-world problems and exceed customer expectations.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of GIS, location intelligence, and SaaS applications, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Strategic Visionary: Proven ability to define and execute successful product strategies that drive growth and innovation.
• Customer-Centric: Significant experience working directly with customers along with a passion for understanding both public and private sector customer needs, translating those into product requirements, and delivering impactful solutions.
• Agile Innovator: Skilled in agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Master Communicator: Exceptional ability to inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and present complex ideas with clarity and enthusiasm.

The expected base salary range for this position is $194,600 to $278,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience.
This position is also eligible for a target annual performance, which is subject to company and individual performance.
