Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to enhance teaching and learning outcomes across all disciplines.
Technology Integration: Take the helm in the integration of cutting-edge technology into our school's curriculum, instructional methodologies, and administrative operations. Collaborate closely with faculty and staff to harness digital tools and data-driven insights, thereby personalizing learning experiences and optimizing operational efficiency.
Strategic Planning and Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the future trajectory of St. Mary High School, ensuring alignment with our mission and values. Lead strategic planning endeavors to anticipate proactively and adapt to evolving trends in education and technology, ensuring our institution remains at the forefront of educational innovation.
Staff Development and Management: Oversee the recruitment, mentorship, and evaluation processes for a diverse team of educators and support staff. Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field, with a doctorate being preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in educational leadership roles, demonstrating a proven track record of success as a Principal or Assistant Principal.
