Reporting to the SVP of Accounting, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Financial Operations to oversee our Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Procurement functions. This leadership role will be integral to ensuring our financial efficiency, accuracy and compliance as we continue to grow the organization. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high performing Financial Operations team responsible for AR, AP and Procurement.
  • Design and implement scalable systems, processes and controls to support the company’s growth and evolving needs.
  • Oversee AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections and cash application
  • Manage AP workflows, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
  • Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts and performance evaluations to ensure optimal value and service delivery

What success looks like in this role:

  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track and optimize billing and purchasing workflows
  • Partner with the Sales and Customer Success teams to address and resolve billing related issues to enhance customer experience.
  • Implement best practices for vendor management, payment terms optimization and cost saving initiatives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to manage budgets, control spending and ensure adherence to procurement policies
  • Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to streamline workflows and enhance operation efficiency
  • Regularly assess and refine internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in financial operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
  • Proficiency with ERP and Procure to Pay systems, preferably NetSuite and Airbase
  • Proactive approach to project management
  • Proven track record of building and scaling financial processes in high-growth organizations

The target base salary range for this position is $153,750 - $205,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
