Kroll is seeking a dynamic team leader within its Commercial Operations organization, a subset of its Go-To-Market (GTM) division. This individual will be responsible for overseeing marketing and sales enablement functions which benefit business leaders and revenue generators around the world. In addition, the person in this role must ensure impeccable quality control for all work product and consistently demonstrate an innovative, forward-looking approach to workflow automation and intelligence gathering as well as an unwavering commitment to identifying efficiencies that maximize the entire team’s impact on the firm. The Commercial Operations team leader reports to the Global Head of Commercial Operations (based in the United States) and is expected to have a wide sphere of influence across the firm.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage India marketing and sales operations team members, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day execution of numerous GTM programs, consistently assess all processes for potential optimization paths, and resolve any issues that affect delivery.

  • Serve as a global transformation driver representing GTM in partnership with transformation-focused peers across all Kroll infrastructure divisions.

  • Drive and expand various GTM initiatives, including comprehensive data analysis and production of real-time insights that can be seamlessly packaged and delivered to global revenue generators. 

  • Create and evolve global GTM performance reporting via the firm’s Salesforce CRM and additional technology systems, including custom reporting based on the specific needs of client service stakeholders.

  • Leverage various artificial intelligence tools to streamline standard processes and create new avenues for linking data to actionable recommendations.

  • Continually assess emerging AI capabilities as a path to accelerating revenue-generating programs and addressing critical business questions.

  • Collaborate with business-facing and integrated marketers to define and measure progress against marketing goals and KPIs, and continually develop new reports and dashboards framing GTM performance and trends.

  • Ensure team compliance with Kroll standards, regulations, and ethics. 

  • Scale team as appropriate through targeted recruiting efforts and adjust alignment of responsibilities based on the needs of the business.

  • Scope and recommend new platforms, tools, reporting avenues, and business enablement steps to drive efficiencies and increase the team’s impact. 

 

Requirements: 

  • 15+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales Operations with minimum of 10 years in management roles.

  • Significant experience managing commercially focused teams in multinational corporations and/or professional services firms. Experience leading teams working 24/5 is an advantage.

  • Exceptional team management, project management, and time management skills.

  • Superior presentation and written communication ability with an emphasis on business writing.

  • Proven track record of inspiring team innovation across multiple areas of responsibility.

  • Proven track record of adopting Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvement and increase efficiency.

  • Substantial Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience is essential.

  • Advanced Power BI or equivalent reporting experience is essential.

  • Working experience leveraging common AI platforms is essential. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree (Masters desirable) in English, Business, Management, or equivalent field.

  • Work hours must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time. Standard team hours are 2:00-11:00 IST. 

  • Ability to travel as and when required.
